Our Belief
We have a fundamental core belief that it is important for people living with a disability to improve and maintain their health & well-being.
We liaise with participant’s Plan Managers and Support Coordinators to assist in the development of the NDIS funding plan.
LOCATION
We provide mobile services to participants in the South Western Sydney (Liverpool, Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown, Campbelltown) and Inner West Sydney (Burwood, Strathfield, Five Dock, Homebush)As an approved NDIS service provider, we specialise in helping participants with physical disabilities become independent by providing Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Dietetic.
We understand the challenges that each individual may have in their journey and we are here to help them along the way. We do this by providing services which specifically addresses a participant’s disability and needs.
As our participants become more independent, we continue to support them through on-going services to continue to monitor and improve their overall health and wellness and independence. Our team of friendly health professionals are highly skilled and qualified and have many years of experience within the disability sector. Our services are ideal for people with the following disabilities:
- Brain Injuries and Motor Unit Dysfunctions.
- Paraplegics.
- Amputees.

Posture will also improve and allow proper alignment of the body.
Positive State of Mind
Regularly engaging in stretches will bring our clients feelings of relaxation. The physical benefits can extend to relaxed state of mind and will help improve sleep.
