Strength and Stamina

We believe this helps with most form of disability and participants will benefit from:

Everyday tasks

As participants progress, they become more independent and physical tasks will be easier to undertake. We like to see our participants be more able to live a more fulfilling life and participate in more community activities they were not able to in the past.

Caring for themselves and others

Becoming stronger and fitter assists our participants care for themselves and others around them.

Increasing Flexibility and Mobility

We believe that there 5 main benefits to increasing flexibility and mobility:

Fewer Injuries

Once participants develop flexibility and mobility, their bodies are more able to withstand more physical stress.

Less Pain

Clients will feel better by lengthening and loosening their muscles, which results in fewer aches and pains and less likely to experience muscles cramps.

Improved Posture and Balance

Posture will also improve and allow proper alignment of the body.

Positive State of Mind

Regularly engaging in stretches will bring our clients feelings of relaxation. The physical benefits can extend to relaxed state of mind and will help improve sleep.

Physical Performance

Increasing flexibility and mobility allows greater movement of the body and the body will work more efficiently.
